The reason why physical activity is great for your Wellbeing

After looking at a load of holiday photos and feeling like an overweight round ball, I 'almost' felt the need to embark on a diet. Luckily, the day after I arrived home, I went for a fabulous, chatty, 10k run in the sunshine with a fellow Purple Army friend - it served to remind me that my body is truly magnificent, and that running is a gift. In this latest YouTube vlog, I discuss the difference being active can make to the way we think about ourselves and our bodies. Needless to say, the idea of a diet went right out the window!
